You retain all ownership rights to your content and may delete it at any time. Nextquark is not liable for any loss or unauthorized access to your content. Job seekers may apply to positions through our platform, and employers may contact candidates directly. Nextquark does not conduct background checks or verify credentials. All employment decisions and agreements are made directly between the user and the employer. Nextquark is not a party to any employment relationship and disclaims all liability arising from such relationships. Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Nextquark is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of employment opportunities or data loss.
